Guy Hocker

Guy Hocker is the founder and president of RTS Partners, LLC, a consultancy dedicated to assisting leaders and teams in strategy design and implementation. He specializes in approaches to make strategy accessible and relevant at the corporate, business, and support function level. Over the past 15 years, Mr. Hocker has worked with executives, high potential leaders, and strategy practitioners within a variety of organizations to achieve growth and alignment through practical frameworks. He also co-facilitated the Human Capital Action Working Group with the Balance Scorecard Collaborative and authors of The HR Scorecard. His clients include DuPont, Monsanto, Scudder Mutual Funds, Great American Insurance, JetBlue Airways, Greater Cincinnati Water Works, Compassion International, NASA, and the US Air Force. At JetBlue, he also served on staff as the Vice President, Strategic Initiatives reporting to the CEO.

A highly sought after guest speaker on the principles of strategy design and management, Mr. Hocker is a visiting faculty member at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth University and a Strategy Advisor for the Xavier Leadership Center at the Williams School of Business of Xavier University. He also serves on the Advisory Board of the General Tool Company. He received his Masters of Science at the MIT Sloan School of Management as a Draper Lab Fellow, and he is a Distinguished Graduate in Electrical Engineering from the US Air Force Academy.
